Good location, and we were moved to a 2 bedroom property. They took note of our request for a quiet property. The owener with limited English was super friendly and helpful.

The property was in easy walking distance of St John’s Basilica, the Ephesus Museum and the Temple of Artemis (what’s left of it!). Ephesus itself is also walkable but there are regular dolmus minibuses from nearby. Emre Bey, the host, is very friendly and helpful.

The room is comfortable and b&b is cosy and had everything we needed! The breakfast is good and the owner is friendly and welcoming.

Everything! We really enjoyed staying here. The owner and staff are wonderful and very helpful. It is within walking distance to St John's Basilica and other attractions. The breakfast was delicious and we felt quite full heading out for the day. Lovely hot showers were appreciated at the end of each day as we stayed in winter. The restaurants down the road served excellent food. Don't forget to cross the road and visit the Ancient Turkish Bath and Temple of Artemis.

“Nice room! Liked it a lot”

The room itself is probably the best room I stayed for the whole trip. Well decorated and very spacious. 2mins walk to St John/Citadel; 5-7mins walk to train station, minibus stand. Main bus station abt 12-15mins walk.

Nice place, the manager Emre was very helpful and kind, and the breakfast was delicious. Restaurants nearby, as well as the train station.

Guys, do not hesitate and book this place. The location is perfect. The hotel is cozy, atmospheric, and compact. I stayed in room 7 on the second floor. The room was spacious, beautifully designed in a traditional Turkish style, and very clean (which is unfortunately rare in Turkish hotels these days). No strange smells at all. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were really good. I cannot comment much on soundproofing because only three rooms were occupied during my stay, so it was very quiet. I would like to especially mention the staff. They are truly wonderful people. Friendly, kind, and always ready to help. I asked for a late check out, and they immediately allowed me to stay as long as I needed. Yes, the hotel was almost empty, and in summer this might not be so easy, but their willingness to accommodate guests says a lot. The internet was fast. The breakfast was tasty. Thank you!

Whenever I book a hotel, I look for something with character. The wooden doors frames and beams certainly fulfilled what I look for. The host was very friendly and helpful as were the ladies that prepared breakfast. Within walking distance of the Citadel and St John's Basilica ruins and not far from restaurants etc. Would highly recommend.

Emre's kind hospitality, gentle spirit, helpful suggestions, and flexibility were outstanding. The location is also excellent in relation to historical sites. I would definitely return. Thank you!

“Overall good place to stay!”

Location was great! Just 5-10 mins walk from everywhere! Emre was very helpful and the lady who cooked our breakfast was really friendly. The rooms were clean and well cleaned every day. Breakfast was yummy! Room size was decent.
