1 No refrigerator at all.. 2 The reception is filled with the smell of cigarette. 3 i had already mentioned early that i would like to have 2 single beds in the room but, unfortunately, the receptionist informed.us that we had to pay another rm17 for upgraded although i had showed them what i had selected based on the booking system provided. " ungraded". From Queen bed to single bed? 🤔🙄
