Cold in the apartment but heating thermostat locked in a clear plastic box so you can't access it to adjust. Eventually found plug in heater when leaving. VERY basic apartment Pay for all extras... pet, parking space, No WiFi although aware of this after booking. LOTS of rules and if you don't obey...you lose your deposit Sofa very uncomfortable No toiletries, 1 toilet roll No tea towel to dry dishes but one of the rules is to clean and dry dishes used Shower in bath... shower holder didn't work so had to hold shower head to actually take a shower Balcony windows so thin they could be dangerous Toilet and cistern loose so moved when in use

they demand online check in but their Web site failed to check in properly. I had to book another place at 22.30 because I couldn't not check in to their appointment!!!
