We booked a completely different apartment, but upon arrival, we were given Apartment G, Carrer de David de Mas 8, Segur de Calafell. This was not what we booked – the unit had a foul odor, dirty surfaces, broken furniture, and mold-like stains on the walls. My wife felt sick from the smell. Staff refused relocation or refund, denied the smell, and claimed it was “not toxic”. This is unacceptable, especially when traveling with family. We have photo evidence and proof that the apartment given was not the one advertised. This property engages in bait-and-switch practices and ignores health and safety concerns. Avoid this property and book elsewhere.

“VERY DANGREOUS:burgled/robbed through night while sleeping.”
BE SERIOUSLY AWARE: we were robbed through the night. Please Do not stay at this property. We stayed here for 1 night on route to uk. It’s not what it looks in pictures but that wasn’t really the issue. We are a family of 4 with young kids. We went to sleep at around 1am and woke up at 4am to realise we were burgled/robbed whilst asleep.our laptop,cash and other stuff all gone. The cash was on my bedside table in my room so they come right next to me.im more happy that they didn’t harm the children. The police attended and are checking forensics and cctv. When speaking to other residents I found out this isn’t the first time and In reviews people been robbed before. Do not use unless you want to get robbed. I will be trying to upload the police report for everyone’s info. Drawers were all opened and bags were emptied after being taken downstairs and exited via kitchen back door which has a flimsy lock.

Spacy appartments with private swimming pool and parking inside the premises. More maintenance and airconditioning would help to improve the quality. The appartments are 3 minutes walking from the beach.

“SCAM - You will not get your desposit back”
DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT The owners were incredibly rude, although the apartment was quite underwhelming, were only there for work we did not plan to be in the apartment much. The first issue, there was no hot water. we asked several times for this to be resolved however we heard nothing back whatsoever. upon checking out the owners began to blame us for noise complaints they had received from the apartment OPPOSITE ours - we heard the noise every night out selves but choose not to say anything. Our apartment was spotless and we were still refused our €150 deposit back. To make matters worse we realised we had left money on the side and kindly asked to be let back in to retrieve it, they refused us entry back into the apartment. day light robbery. I hope no one else falls victims to this obvious scam!!!
