Really big room, and a huge bed. Clean but a little tired in some areas. Was happy to have air conditioning but it struggled to cool the room effectively.

Good location for my needs. Easy to have a walk around in a beautiful residential environment with shops and bars. Room was OK for my needs, and very quiet (with AC off)

The staff were very helpful and everything was clean, the restaurant a couple of mins walk in the part of the hotel that is shut,on the whole other was quiet, when I stayed Good.location 10 mins from the airport and the 925 bus gets you to the metro, get an italian version of a oystercard, it will save you loads If they stay was based on helpful staff, I'd stay again

We love the location and environment around with lot of trees, lakes, nature, sport center, etc .... Quite and room with amazing balcony facing on the lake. Nearby restaurants and markets. The room was extra large and look like recently renovates at least partially, is an old time hotel on the glories moment of Milan of '80s but still have a charme.

Very nice old fashioned hotel, it must have been great like maybe 20 years ago. Very clean, nice breakfast

Hotel located quite far from Milano center, but no problem to go there by public transport. Clean, pretty area with lake with fish, turtles, ducks...good breakfast, in the room there was coffee machine and free water. Good emergency system in the bathroom.

As a hotel guest, I was not allowed to sit in the hotel restaurant to enjoy a drink with my friend, despite the indoor seating area being half empty and air-conditioned. Instead, I was told to sit outside in extreme heat—around 40°C—which was very uncomfortable and, frankly, unreasonable. I find it unacceptable that, as a paying guest, I was denied access to a comfortable space within the hotel for such a simple request.
