“Living close to the land and tradition of Tuscany”

The three sisters were warm and welcoming - thank you all! The house and grounds are simply lovely. An old farmhouse beatifully restored, with a very well-cared for and at the same time natural garden. The swimming pool is a true delight, secluded and beautiful. At first we were a little sad that our last-minute booking couldn't include one of the upper floor terrace apartments with uninterrupted views over the valley, but our cosy ground floor flat ("Holmes Oak") had the unexpected bonus of the mini ponies munching their way past our door as we sat amidst the lovely plants :-). Seggiano is a very interesting medieval village, well worth a visit. While it is a bit of a drive to some attractions, the house itself more than makes up for that, and the location is wonderfully peaceful (and the approach track not nearly as adventurous as one or two reviews have stated - simply watch out for the large hole at the entrance gate and then drive slowly up to the house). We felt very much at home here. Dog lovers will be delighted by the five dogs belonging to the friendly brother and his wife :-). Staying in a faceless hotel simply cannot compare with this working agriturismo, where you are supporting a working family and the history of the house and land.

The host was extremely nice and welcoming. The apartment itself was stunning, decorated in a charming Tuscan style that added to the authentic feel of the place. One of the highlights was the large swimming pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The entire property was very quiet and clean, providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Additionally, we had the opportunity to taste the best olive oil ever, produced right on the property. The presence of animals such as donkeys and ponies was a delightful attraction, especially for the children. There were plenty of points of interest for exciting excursions nearby, making it a great base for exploring the Tuscan region. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany.

The apartment was cozy and climatically decorated. It was very clean! Perfectly stocked kitchen, we had everything needed to prepare meals and eat. The bathroom had soap, shower gel and hair dryer. There are mosquito nets in the windows and doors, so insects do not bother you. There is no air conditioning but even in the heat it was nice chilly inside due to the thick stone walls. Eating dinner on the terrace during sunset was a great experience. You don't want to go out on trips. You can also use the swimming pool, which is very clean and has plenty of sunbathing areas. It was nice to cool down on a hot day. The garden is well-kept, everything is blooming beautifully. In addition, peace and quiet, the perfect place to relax. The hosts are very nice and easy to get along with. We bought olive oil of their production and it is excellent. I would like to come back there one day <3 <3

Very nice place perfect for a relaxing vacation. The room is nice and comfortable the kitchen is helpfull. The garden and the pool are amazing with a view to the area everything in the room and outside is well kept and maintained.

The location is beautiful. Extra ordinary view. Nice flowers and trees everywhere. Well kept. Staff is very friendly. Nice big swimming pool. Decor is authentic and tastful and decorated with attention. Also nice for children because of the animals. Some cats. A few dogs. Who you can find in the garden. Furthermore two donkeys. Some sheep and horses. And 2 beautiful pigs. The animal house is seperated from the house. You can just visit if you like. A 2 minute walk. Nice location to visit some villages like Pienza. Santa Monte Fiore. Montalcino. Montepulciano. Bagno de vignone. Bagno de san Philipe. And 1.5 hour from Sienna. This is really a place I would love to visit again in the future. Car is needed.
