“Gorgeous property with a stunning garden and pool”

The villa is beautiful, great design and practical. There is air con in the sitting room and bedrooms, and cool covered dining BBQ area at the back ( with a great gas BBQ ) Dishwasher, Nespresso machine, oven, microwave, staple salt and pepper items in the cupboard. Quality pans which is very nice on holiday. The garden however, is stunning. A beautiful pool with a waterfall feature and Mediterranean garden highlighting the hill behind, designed with love and care. The bedrooms and bathrooms are lovely with high quality fittings and good water pressure for showers. There is one bedroom venue the main level of the house which is a self contained apartment with a sitting room, shower room, washing machine and kitchenette. One bedroom is a study which can be converted to a double sofa bed which we used and was comfortable. The master bedroom has a mini balcony with a lovely view over the sea. Doris, our hostess, was amazing, quietly coming over early mornings to tidy the pool and water the garden, always ready to help e.g. topping up the dishwasher tablets, relaxed and smiling. Beach towels are provided, and there are thoughtful things around like mosquito coils and an amazing library of English books. We went on a fish picnic day trip to the islands from the village, kiosk for tickets for this and other excursions on the beach, and drove into Trogir for dinner a couple of times, just ten minutes away, loads of interesting restaurants there. Couple of restaurants in the village, had a nice pizza at Hotel Medtierranee. Swimming beach 5 mins walk via the handy underpass at the bottom of the road. There's a rocky path over the back of the hill to walk to Tommy's supermarket, 10 mins away via the back road if you don't fancy the main road. Day trip to Split and the Roman ruins at Salona nearby also recommended. Use the garage for your car to stop it cooking in the heat! We had a very happy week there and recommend this villa as a holiday venue.

“Fabulous villa for a relaxed holiday”

Doris was very helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. The Villa was beautiful with every facility you could want. The outside eating area and gardens were very well maintained, and the pool area was fabulous. The interior of the villa was very comfortable and clean and beautifully decorated and furnished. The local beach was great, and just a short walk down the hill, it also had a busy beach bar. We had a very relaxing stay and will definitely come again. Thank you Doris for a great holiday.

My goodness where do we start...from the moment we arrived (1am) our host Doris was still up to greet us with a lovely 15.5% vol red wine and a bit of tapas, exceptional service at that time in the morning. Since it was so early we agreed to leave the formalities until the morning. Waking up in this Villa is simple what dreams are made of, and we have been in a few. The house is immaculate and very spacious and would easily sleep 6, with a very large pool lounge area set into the mountain providing you with exceptional views of the bay. Short 200m walk to an amazing beach area and bar and not much further to several other local restaurants and shops. Our host was always available via WhatsApp to give us any local advice we needed. Pool area is vast and very clean and plenty for our family of 4 to spend the whole day up there without getting bored. Excellent Wi-Fi in the property that can be plugged in outside to give Wi-Fi access to the upper pool area. All mods cons in the kitchen and a good gas BBQ outside if you want to entertain at home. The house is well designed inside and out and definitely has a 5 star feel to it and we are confident that it will not disappoint.
