We stayed in Croatia and we are very satisfied. The place is charming, with the sea literally at your fingertips. The owner, Denis, was extremely helpful and made sure we lacked nothing. He even prepared grilled shellfish for us. He also provided swimming equipment, and there was an option to rent jet skis. He kept the pool always clean. The internet could be a bit faster, and our room could have had more sunlight, but that’s just the nature of the building. Overall, only positives – we highly recommend this place!

Excellent location, private terrace and swimming pool almost on the sea with stunning sea view. The pool is very clean and the host cleaned it several times every day. Private beach with sun beds downstairs for swimming and snorkeling. Restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. Next door taxi boat service to Trogir running every 1-2 hours. The host is very friendly and shared a lot of information. He is also happy to help organize trips and activities. I can recommend to everyone and booked already for the next year. Thank you Denis!

“A perfect memory of the best of the Dalmatian coast!”

The location of Villa Marija is stunning - beautiful views across the bay to the islands and the sea literally 3 steps below the villa. The pool itself was excellent, a good length for proper swimming and beautifully warm, with comfortable seating/loungers around, again with a fabulous view of the sea and all the boats coming and going. There is a coastal path running in both directions just below the house, and a jetty for boat trips just 2 minutes away. Our flat was simply but thoughtfully furnished with everything we needed, and the balcony was superb. Denis, our host, and his family made us very welcome, and Denis was a mine of information about the locality. Seget Vranjica itself was a very laid-back little resort with quiet roads, a couple of decent restaurants and nice strolls around the harbour. We were very well situated for the airport, the old town of Trogir nearby, another couple of villages around the other side of the bay (little town of Marina excellent for sea swimming) and Split itself, just a little further afield.

“Amazing location and host!”

Villa Marija is perfectly located on the coast, short scenic walk to restaurants and coffee/bars. A small market is a few minutes walk up the hill. The Villa is very spacious and comfortable for our family of 5. The host met us and was available during our stay - they even provided drinks in the fridge and made a delicious cake for us. We enjoyed drinks on the balcony looking at the amazing view! The pool was frequented by our teens. Definitely a wonderful stay!

We spent a wonderful week in Villa Marija, the view from the terrace over the large pool to the sea is breathtaking! The owners Anka and Denis are very friendly, Denis gave us immediately after our arrival a good overview of everything that is important in the area (e.g. restaurants, swimming, shuttle boat to Trogir). We can only recommend this accommodation!

We spent some beautiful time taking rest on a balcony with a pretty view on an amazing sea and a private pool. The beach was one minute away, we went downstairs and that was it. The owner was always in touch and any problem could be solved easily. Pretty nice and quiet neighbourhood and by we could travel by a sea taxi to Trogir which is 5km away only. A kitchen has all equipment that is needed such as glasses, a kettle, we could prepare food by ourself. The apartment was very clean and we recommend everyone to visit this outstanding place. :)

Went there with my family in late May, the property was only 15mins form the Airport, Denis the host met us even though we didn't arrive until after 12am. The property was in an excellant location with the sea only yards away. The view from our balcony was perfect, the pool was excellent and there was plenty of dining options nearby. The property was the perfect base for exploring Croatia. I would highly recommend. Gareth M.

Fantastic location, very accommodating host family, pool is well maintained, excellent value, the water taxi next door makes it easy to get around. Perfect location for visiting Split and area. Easy access to the Adriatic right at our doorstep!

It was very short but super nice stay. The host was very helpful and shared with us a lot of information, even drove us to the best restaurant and arranged a taxi to another city with very careful and professional driver. He was ready to solve all our problems. The apartment was very clean and really just on the sea coast so we did not need any beaches. It was perfect start of our vacation!
