Overview
At the edge of Seefeld's pedestrian area, just 100 metres to the centre, the family-run Haus Kneissl offers country-style apartments and free Wi-Fi. Gschwandkopf Ski Area is 500 metres away and the lake is a 2-minute walk. All apartments at Haus Kneissl provide mountain views and include a living area with cable TV. They also have a fully equipped kitchenette and a safe. Guests are offered a discount to the Olympiabad Seefeld which houses an indoor pool and saunas. The on-site garden with garden furniture and deck chairs is also a great place to relax. The ski area can also be reached by free ski bus. It stops directly outside and takes you there in 2 minutes. Cross-country skiing trails are a 5-minute walk away. A supermarket and restaurant are 100 metres away while it is a 5-minute walk to the 9-hole Golf Academy.

“Excellent position for town, and clean great hosts.”
Great hosts and the position was ideal so easy to walk into town. Beds were comfortable and the accommodation was very clean. Would definitely recommend and use again.

The house is very nice, well heated in the winter. The host is most welcoming and very attentionate to the well being of his guests. We communicated easily with him during our trip upon our arrival, and he was waiting for us to hand us the keys. The appartment (#4) was very nice, very clean, very welcoming. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The shoes can be left outside of the appartment, which is nice when it is snowy outside. We used the cooking equipement of the appartement every evening, it was enough to make simple dishes. There was 1 bathroom and 2 WC in the appartment (including the one in the bathroom), which was useful. The beds were made when we arrived, there were toiletries and towels, and the host showed us a storage with cleaning supplies and additional towels if needed. We had a wonderful stay!

“Lovely Apartment in a central location.”
This is a lovely spacious apartment. Very clean and well equipped. It Is in an excellent location for the centre and also for the train station. The bed was particularly comfortable and the staff friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Good location, only a few minutes walk from the center and from the bust/train station, we could leave in ski shoes and take the bus to Leutasch - quite enjoyed it. The apartment is spacious, clean and the host was very freindly. Considering to return sometime.
