“Perfect in every way!”

The apartment was spacious, super clean, well equipped with everything for cooking. There was a washing machine and dryer in the basement to use. There was plenty of wardrobe space for all our clothes, a little area to hang out jackets and ski clothes too. The location couldn’t be any better, at the bottom of Gschwandtkopf chair, ski hire and school next door. Swimming pool a 2 minute walk and Main Street 8 mins walk away. Iris was very helpful with everything we needed and a wonderful host. We will be back to stay here again!

We were looking for a place to stay in Tirol and discovered Seefeld. While searching for something budget-friendly yet comfortable, we came across this wonderful aparthouse Appartementhaus Am Gschwandtkopf and it turned out to be exactly what we hoped for. Our preference was to find a place that felt homely, and this property delivered just that. It’s located just a 5-minute walk from the center of Seefeld, very easy to reach on foot. The apartment is right in front of the slope and the cable car, which was perfect for us. The rooms were spacious, clean, and far beyond what we expected at this price point. If you’re planning a trip to Seefeld and looking for a warm, budget-friendly place to stay — look no further!

“Warm, comfortable and cosy apartment”

The apartment is in a good location- next door to the ski lift, as well as the ski bus and local bus for connecting to other villages. We received a warm and friendly welcome and were able to check in early which we appreciated. The apartment has beautiful views to the mountains and cross country runs. Great sound proofing meant we enjoyed excellent sleep and the bed was very comfortable. Also appreciated fresh towels every other day.

Everything. Fabulous view from our balcony of mountains and chair lift, cattle in the distance with cowbells. Large spacious modern apartment with everything. Peaceful, the chairlift is silent. Very nice restaurant (food exceptional) with good service and reasonable prices at top of chairlift. Chairlift was free with accommodation :-) We stayed an extra night 👍

“Happy at the Geschwandkopf”

Clean and spacious apartment, although the kitchen area was tiny. A short walk away from the resort centre. We have stayed at the Geschwandkopf Appts. 4-5 times now so that's a good endorsement.

“Convenient, well-designed space for hungry skiing families!”

What I loved about our stay here were the little touches that are designed for the skiing family and the flexibility of the staff: radiators in the bathroom to hang wet socks and pants for a quick dry, rubber mats for wet shoes, plenty of storage space for food and clothes, a washer dryer in the basement to quickly freshen up clothing. Our room didn’t come with a ski locker, but the staff immediately offered to let me use one that wasn’t being used. This was so convenient for us to leave our skis while running upstairs for a quick bite between ski classes. We also loved the Austrian treat of fresh rolls hanging in a cloth bag on the outside of our door for our breakfast each morning. Above all, what makes this such a wonderful place to stay is it’s convenient location right at the foot of the ski slope! No need to bring a car. The staff is so friendly and kind, including the two staff good boys (dogs) who really made this place feel like a visit to grandma and grandpas house. Also the grocery stores are not too far to walk to. If you bring a suitcase to cart your groceries back, you’re golden!

For me is the best place in Seefeld. . Is my 10 th time thet i turn back at Gschwandtkopt and isbalways the best apartmanthouse. Has a marvelous view of seefeld . This time they let us take the teleferik for free oll the time of our stay 6 deys.

Very cozy apartment in a perfect position, nice plus the free lift. We had the kindest receptionist always available for suggestions. We had the nicest stay and will surely come back in the future

I didn't mind the shared balcony which has a great view of the hills. Good floor space overall. 10 minute walk from the centre of Seefeld.
