Overview
Located 150 metres from the railway station, in the centre of Seefeld’s pedestrian zone, the family-owned Alte Schmiede Hiltpolt offers rooms and apartments with balcony and a spa area with indoor pool. Wi-Fi access is free of charge. Restaurant Zur Alten Schmiede serves traditional Tyrolean specialities, international cuisine, and fine wines. Half-board is possible with a minimum stay of 3 days. The Alte Schmiede Hiltpolt’s spa area has a sauna, an organic sauna, a hot tub, a sunbed, an infrared cabin and massage showers. Rosshütte, Gschwandtkopf and Geigenbühel ski areas are within 500 metres. A swimming lake is only a few minutes‘ walk away from the Alte Schmiede Hiltpolt. Guests receive reduced green fees at Seefeld’s golf courses and free entrance to the mini-golf course, which is 100 metres away. Fishing in Leutasch, 3 km away, is also a popular summer activity. The guest card provides a 10% reduction to the Olympia Centre in the summer, free ski-bus access and several other reductions. Parking is available free of charge at Hotel Hiltpolt.

We returned to this hotel to celebrate our Ruby wedding anniversary. Everyone was welcoming and friendly . We had fantastic food and enjoyed using the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. The location was great with good links to all walks that you would expect to find in Austria

“perfect for both short and long stays in the wonderful town of Seefeld”
The central location in the beautiful town of Seefeld was superb for our short and pleasant stay. I know Seefeld as a location from years of visiting and can recommend the many kilometers of walking in summer and x-country skiing in winter. As a family location for beginning and intermediate Alpine skiing, it is super. The hotel is very comfortable, the staff incredibly helpful and the car parking very useful. One is in the middle of the action in Seefeld, and knowing the town as I do, you will not be disappointed as you are in the center of the pedestrianized section, the xmas market and a stone throw from the beginner slope and bus stops to the slopes further afield.

Recently stayed for three nights and cannot fault a single thing. Staff are a credit to the hotel, reception and bar / restaurant staff specifically and with hindsight I am sorry I did not get names to mention here. Room was very comfortable, good options for breakfast. We ate in the restaurant one night of our stay and like other reviews, the food was amazing. Our room and all areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean.

“Excellent and centrally located hotel: large rooms, very clean, excellent food and spa facilities”
The stay in Hiltpolt has been marvelous: a friendly and fast service at all moments, a very spacious room, all was very clean, a nice indoor swimming pool and a large sauna area, and above all excellent breakfast and dinner in the evening. I particularly appreciate the freshly baked eggs, served at your table in the morning. The hotel is also very centrally located, easy to reach from the train station and not far from the skiing and sport facilities. I will return with pleasure!

Really lovely hotel. All the staff were fantastic, friendly and welcoming. Lovely room with a balcony. Fantastic breakfast. Overall lovely atmosphere. Perfect location for walks, restaurants and shops and lake. Loved it!
