Mr Ghalib, Ms Fathima, Bheem and Kafin in the reception were very friendly and professional. They understand the guests better than the family indeed. A highly comfortable stay with prompt response from the staff makes a hotel stay memorable. Probably I would've stayed in more than 100 hotels along with my family till date. I can rate the stay at Hotel Boulevard @ Muscat as one of the top ten among them. Mr Lakshman the supervisor of the housekeeping staff is an exceptional guy. Rooms are organised very clean and neat. The swimming pool is crystal clear and we enjoyed each and every part of the property. Thanks to Abdul Aziz and Ikbal Khan for arranging the bed, etc. Though Hotel Boulevard is a 3 * hotel, I felt it like a 5 * property.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was comfortable and the location was great. A special thank you to Esma, who was incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay. She kindly allowed us to extend our checkout until 6 pm without any extra charge, which made our departure so much easier with a child. We really appreciated her kindness and hospitality. Highly recommended!

“Great hotel - buffet could be improved”
Hotel was very nice and the staff was very friendly. The facilities were amazing (pool and gym). car park included and the location is not too far from the airport. The hotel was not very expensive for one night (about 35 OMR with breakfast). Dinner buffet was 5 OMR. The food was good but there was not a lot of choice.
