In my case it was a scam. Apartment was booked, check-in time selected, but when arrived at location owner was called and they requested booking number and PIN. Booking number was provided, but PIN - not, as this is an indication of scam(all communication was through WhatsApp, not Booking app!!! - first indication of scam). Later I was informed that this apartment is busy and they can propose another one. I refused, as I had bad experience with same conditions(other owner)- newly proposed apartment was way below any standards of cleanliness. Finally, I wasted my time while I was in rush and I had to search for another place for stay. Booking Support service is good for NOTHING in this case!!! NOT RECOMMEND
