The place is amazing, very peaceful. The accommodation offers everything you need, it's comfortable and cozy. Karmen is very nice and kind. It's a good starting point for exploring the area. The sea is pretty close, the mountains are beautiful and there are many small villages with stone houses churches, castle ruins... You can even visit Croatia, the border is several minutes by car from the place.

We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to Karmen and Jani for making our stay at Apartma Istra Zora an unforgettable experience. This was our first holiday as a family of three, and it turned out to be exactly the kind of peaceful retreat we had been longing for. The setting is like something out of a fairy tale—beautiful, serene, and surrounded by nature and olive trees. The house itself was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable. Karmen and Jani were incredibly kind and welcoming hosts, always available to help with a smile, yet giving us plenty of privacy to enjoy our time. “Sweet memorable stay with the best hosts.”
More than a stay we had beautiful memories with Yanis and Karmen. The olive experience we had there with them was so wonderful and their beautiful farm is something that shouldn't be missed during your stay with them. They are the best hosts yyou can ask for and their pet dog and the cat are also something you will enjoy during your stay.

Comfortable, cosy and very well equipped apartament with airco and its own piece of garden and garden furniture where you can relax, take a cup of coffee in the morning or glass of wine in the evening. Very nice and helpful hosts, who welcomed us like members of their own family. Thanks to the good energy of this place and a peacefull sourroundings you immediately feel recharging your batteries. It takes aprox. 30 min to get to a very nice beach in Strunjan or Koper. We fell in love with this place and we'll come back for sure!

“Perfect holiday”
It is the third time we come to this lovely location and every year is better we can expect. The hosts Karmen & Jani and Aron :) are very kind and their hospitality is super. Very kind host,and well equipped apartman in a very peaceful enviroment. Value of the money is the best in the area. The portoroz beach is 15-20 min. whith car. Thanky you for the pleasant holiday!

“Absolutely a relaxing place - an environmental detox, however even the sea is close by car.”
Fragrance of herbs & spices, a chill out place yet fully equipped everything you might need for a self-catering vacation. Our Hosts, Kármen and Jani discret, but there if need a help - even with such a small but great things, when the day is rainy so providing a darts for a kid.. THANKS SO MUCH FOR YOUR KIND HOSPITALITY!
