“Very good place to stay, money and comfort wise.”
Great experience checking in and out, including business invoice without interacting with people. Everything was clarified with emails, perfect. Some places to eat nearby, comfortable room with everything that you need. Parking free of charge.

Very nice staff and good breakfast. Neatly furnished room. Everything in the Saxony or Bohemian Switzerland is easily and quickly reachable (with car).

There was no staff at the counter/information. In the whole hotel, the only staff member we saw was the lady preparing breakfast in the morning. However, we could not ask her for information about the area or solve an issue we had, because she was not able to speak proper German or English.
