I needed to stay an extra day to take care of my son at Harborview. They wouldn't work with me, told me I would have to go through booking.com. I wasn't able to and they are extremely unhelpful to those people that use a 3rd party to book rooms. I understand because it's lost revenue for them.

They need to improve on the restaurant service. There was only one person taking orders and serving guests. The queue in the morning was very long.

Room was so warm. No Ac and hard to sleep in. Also bathroom felt dirty. No parking and had to cross the road to get water to drink from a vending machine in the sister hotel.
