“This place was instantly relaxing.”

This is a nice 120 year old house that is on a quiet street in Capitol Hill. With only 8 rooms over the top 3 floors it never felt crowded. 4 different front rooms to sit in to read or enjoy a coffee or bite to eat. We enjoyed the pool after coming back from the Mariners / Blue Jays games

Location was convenient: we accessed all main tourist attractions by foot. It was not very close but we are good walkers.

I loved my room in the eves . It had a lovely and cosy cocooning vibe, but was still very spacious and had everything you could need . The bath robes and the coffee maker were both nice touches., as were the snacks and excellent coffee maker in the dining room. The location in the Capital Hill neighbourhood also gives you a good neighbourhood feel, and is just a ten min walk from a great ( and large) independent bookshop for evening browsing . I really liked the thick fitted carpet in the room too!

Unbeatable location within a few minutes walk of everything I love about Seattle. Welcoming and helpful staff; we were greeted at the door and even had the coffee in our room personalized. Beautiful heritage building with the perfect character for a city getaway.

The historic house is very nice, and located in a good neighborhood. The bed was comfy and the room pleasant.

The owners are very friendly, helpful and attentive. The inn is a spectacular building, with a lot of character and is a postcard from Seattle just by itself. The room was spacious and comfortable; it came with a small bathroom but it had everything needed. In the morning oats, yoghurts, milk, granola and coffee/tea were available for a quick breakfast. Inn is located in a great neighborhood with walking distance options for cafes, bakeries and restaurants. Seattle attractions are nearby so we walked everywhere for the most part. When we took the public transport we were also easily able to reach the inn.

“Fabulous location and a lovely, well presented small hotel”

Great location. From here we could walk downtown to the Space Needle area as well as to a number of fabulous parks. Lots of interesting restaurants close by too. Great hosts who were super helpful throughout our stay and parking was free.

Very welcoming hosts, large lounge and downstairs space where to hang out, chat, read a book or just enjoy the really interesting building. The place feels very homely, love the wooden interiors and decoration. The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable, and the room had everything I needed. I really appreciated the free tea/coffee, fruit and snacks that can be good enough for a quick breakfast. The area is very lively with many bars/restaurants and is only a 15 minutes bus ride from downtown, so it's excellent for night-time plans. However, the building is on a quiet residential street meaning your sleep won't be affected by noise or anything.

Beautiful & interesting building with warm and welcoming hosts. Nice location, felt safe to walk to local bars and restaurants at night. Shame we didn’t have time or good weather to enjoy the pool. Loved the cats of course too. Would definitely stay again if we returned to Seattle

It's a simple rustic hotel with everything that you would need for. The check-in was smooth and the property was very quiet. Overall, would recomenex for anyone due to location and value for the money.

The venue is beautiful with excellent facilities. As long as you don’t mind it not being en suite (which we don’t). The owners are superbly friendly and helpful

We stayed in an attic room with a view of the Seattle skyline. The house was full but it was very quiet and we slept well. Our bathroom was on the floor below but this was not a problem.
