After parking the car and staying in line with luggages while family awaited, I was informed there was no room available and I had to go to another hotel. No prior notifications, nor email, nor calls: they waited until I wasted our time to give the big news. I couldn't be more disappointed.

“Will never stay here again, very disappointed”
We had to pay $40.00 (self-park for one night parking under a 6.2 foot garage creating scrape on top of vehicle. No additional staff to help with cafe, food or drink orders (Walked out)
