The staff were very friendly & helpful. They often went above & beyond what was expected. The facilities were new, clean & roomy. I felt very safe at this location. It was great to be able to have fresh coffee, snacks & bar service without having to go out.

The location is a short bus ride or a 20-30 minute walk from the major Downtown attractions. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The rooms are in what they call “European style”, meaning that they are smaller and more compact and without a fridge. Though there is still more than enough room to be comfortable and the room itself was very modern and clean. They have a bar in the lobby and they also sell food and snacks there.

Very nice hotel. Comfortable bed, clean room, fresh tasty breakfast. Very friendly staff. Good supermarket with wide range of eco food 10 min walk from the hotel.

Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Drink vouchers included for both of us with the room and enjoyable social space at ground level. Rooms were modern and spacious.

The check-in and check-out process was seamless, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was pleasantly quiet. We loved the cosy design and décor of the hotel. The location was fantastic for exploring the city and getting around by public transport, with several great restaurants just a short walk away.
