“An OK City Hotel”
We liked to location within walking distance to the Space Needle and Chihuly Gardens. Breakfast was included. There were amenities and a hairdryer in the room.

Very disappointing stay. The reception was cold and unwelcoming, with no real effort to offer solutions. Breakfast was included, but since we were leaving early, we asked if it was possible to have a takeaway breakfast bag. This was refused without any alternative being offered. On the morning of departure, we waited around 15 minutes to access the breakfast area, which was supposed to open at 6:00 a.m. At that time, nothing was ready; everything was still being set up. We were eventually able to take a few items to go, but the selection was very limited as not everything had been put out yet. The room was not very clean and felt old and worn. Overall, the value for money was not there, and customer service clearly needs improvement.
