“So bad”
It doesn’t have a kitchen and it’s in homeless neighborhood and the staff was old. Everything’s was bad. I’m so disappointed.

“Disappointing. Waste of money.”
Wr were assigned a room designated for the handicapped. There was only a shower which was cramped with facilities for the handicapped. About 2.5 feet of room. We experienced better facilities camping - at far less cost. A big disappointment and waste of money.

Room not much clean, sofas extremely disgustful dirty, they should put the sofa covers on it. No extra blankets to use, only provided two top sheets as blanket that made us chilly all night long. I don't understand why they have to copy my driver's ID.
