“Centrally located hotel”

The hotel's best feature is the location, although Seattle is very hilly, most attractions are within 6 or 7 blocks [eg Pike's Place market/Starbucks]. We flew in through SEA and used the light rail [$3 each] to get to Westlake Station, used the elevators then it was only 2 slightly inclined blocks to hotel. (You can also use the monorail from there to get to the Space Needle [$4, get there for it opening @11am to avoid the big queues later in the day]). Room was fine, with a sofa but not serviced daily. It had a room safe, walk-in shower & fridge.

Staff were nice and location was convenient.

Parking is $78 per day, and they automatically charge $25 per day for drinks and food at the restaurant. Something to keep in mind if you plan to stay for multiple days.

The room was pretty tiny and cramped - I have stayed in larger rooms at hotels that were cheaper. The lighting in the room was terrible - just a few bedside lamps that barely lit the room. The cleaners showed up only one of the four days I stayed - I was out all day on these days and it was very annoying to come back to a room that was not cleaned at all.

I said to one on the staff from first day and she said it’s an error. There were many transactions. It shouldn’t be be big deal asking them to kindly stop charging me. I messaged the hotel in the app and still waiting for a reply from hotel.

The hotel spelt amazing and had wonderful products to use. The beds were very comfortable and the staff accommodated our request for a crib. Close to downtown and a variety of restaurants and attractions!

Nice location. The restaurant Freolik is better than I expected, with a nice rooftop terrace.

Fan too loud, even on low setting. No fan in bath, windows fogged up for 30 min. Lots of dings and dents and scratches on walls and paint.
