“Lovely conference convenient hotel”
I stayed here while attending a conference and I found the location to be good. If the night time drinks spilled into Capitol Hill then I could easily walk home! The bed is the softest bed I have ever slept in. So good.

A/C or heater kept me up at night No shampoo in the bottle. Hotel exit scanner very difficult to get to open the gate.

“Inconsistent, grubby, and overcharged.”
The staff were friendly - though I was assured in an email beforehand the restaurant would be able to cater for celiacs. There was one breakfast option and one dinner option available, but they kept encouraging me to use the buffet - clearly, they had no idea about cross-contamination, and I think it was lucky I didn't get gluten poisoning.

“Very comfortable hotel”
We used this hotel while waiting for our cruise, it was very convenient as the hotel arranged a shuttle to the terminal, and the hotel's location allowed us to visit all the attractions of Seattle.

“Very convenient location, close to all tourist attractions, good transport connections.”
The breakfast selection is quite large, but the quality of the scrambled eggs is so-so. Very good coffee, available until midday. Very comfortable beds, large rooms, and early check-in available. And a microwave in the room!

“Loved it! Very clean and beautiful!”
The front staff was very welcoming. They offered us a walkable options for food and other conveniences around the hotel. They also handed us complementary water bottles which we use for the complementary Keurig coffee in the room. The bar looked beautiful and the restaurant smelled amazing every time he pass by. It's such a walkable distance from the rail and bus stops. The rooms were very clean. The beds were nice and firm.
