Overview
Across from downtown Seattle's famous Pike Place Market and near the Seattle Art Museum, this hostel offers free wireless internet access and breakfast consisting of make-your-own oatmeal, fruit, juice, coffee, tea and hot cocoa. Accommodations include towels and linens. Guests can also prepare their own meals with the hostel's fully equipped kitchen. After a busy day, guests can relax in the common room and watch a movie or play a board game. Free luggage storage is also featured. Attractions including the Pacific Science Center and the Seattle Aquarium are only minutes from the Seattle Green Tortoise Hostel. Guests can also tour underground passageways in the city's Underground Tour or see a show at the Seattle Center.

The staff is super friendly, their recommendations regarding where to eat and what to do in the evening were extremely helpful. Everything is very clean. Impossible to have a better location in downtown Seattle.

“worth every cent, top notch will use again if im back”
location, right in the sweet spot mattress a bit rough but then again ive back problems breakfast a little too good, i stuffed myself.......repeatedly.

All staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Nice touch to show us to beds. Decent-sized kitchen, well supplied with cooking equipment and kept clean. Excellent cleaning rota and staff very thorough. Mixed double-bed dorm was great, every bed had a fan, power and storage. Lockers a fantastic size. Right in front of Pike Place Market and lots of info on activities to do (in and out of hostel). Breakfast was nice.

“Convenient, clean and comfortable”
Great location: close to public transport and easy walking distance to all areas of interest in downtown Seattle Great breakfast: Surprisingly good for a free hostel breakfast! Comfortable bunk: well appointed with a fan, plug points, lights and a thick curtain for privacy Convenient facilities: The common area is spacious enough to accommodate remote workers and travelers of all stripes. The bathrooms are spacious and appear to be cleaned very regularly

“Nice, decent hostel downtown”
Very close to the Pike market and Downtown, a lot of bathrooms and breakfast included. There was the option for walking tours which would have been nice but this time it didn't fit my schedule this time.

“Right in the city”
Most of the staff were nice, some need to check themselves. Breakfast was nice and simple. Curtains on the beds Bus stops are within 5 min walking mostly Target is right next door
