Beautiful design - the room, the lobby café and rooftop are aesthetically very pleasing

Great location, friendly staff and funky art Deco styling. Rooftop bar was awesome but shame the $15 gratuitous drink voucher was added onto the bill as a convenience fee.

Loved everything, tons of stuff within walking distance and steps away from the event we were attending. Lovely place and very helpful staff.

Everybody was very friendly and kind especially the parking guides, they were excellent!

Unfortunately, something disappointing happened. Upon my arrival, the hotel deducted a larger amount than what was included in the reservation. When I mentioned this, I was told that part of the amount was a deposit, which I would get back after leaving. Unfortunately, it didn't happen that way, the hotel owner deducted more than $50 more than the agreed amount. I tried to write to them several times, but at first I received a condescending reply, in which they did not even answer the essential part of my question, and later they did not even give me an answer. I've been to many hotels, but I've never encountered such deception or such an impolite attitude.

The beds were comfy, the rooftop bar and coffee shop were awesome. The aesthetic of the hotel was very eclectic, the rooms were themed to fit into the style of the hotel. It was like we were taken back in time to when hotels were a true escape into decadence.

“Disappointing”

The hotel asked what time we would arrive and told us there might not be a room available until checking in time. When we arrived we accepted we would have to wait until 4.00. However at 4.00 the room was still not available and we were not told how long we would have to wait, no attempt was made to find out. My husband made a fuss and an alternative was found. The room was drab and freezing. It did not warm up when we switched the air conditioning off and the heating did not work. We told reception that the room was very cold and were given extra blankets.

Room had a fridge, kettle and bath. Hotel had a rooftop bar and was beside bus and train stops.

Good size cOmfortable room, friendly staff and good public transport connections.

There is cheating. By charging the accommodation fee 2 times from the credit card. Whoever goes to stay, be careful.

“Nice hotel close to metro + parking”

A great modern hotel, we stayed for 3 nights after a long flight, 2 adults and a 2-year-old child. The rooms are small but clean, comfortable, stylish, and have everything you need. Check-in was quick. There's a café on the first floor where you can have breakfast in the morning.

Breakfast sandwiches were pretty good and the cafe is located just off the lobby.

“Even through Booking.com the stay is not worth it!!!”

The room decoration and furniture are quite nice. The hotel is very close to supermarkets, restaurants and banks.
