“Excellent.”

A small menu but very good. Good location for me as I came for a medical visit and hospital was just blocks away. Stayed in a suite room which was very comfortable and clean. The entire hotel looked new and clean.

The room decor is new and clean, everything nice and tidy, well managed. Love it. Although it takes a bus detour to the light rail, it’s closer to the high way and takes only 6-7 minutes Lyft to the Green Lake area for a breezy walk. Same price but much better experience than the downtown classy ones.

The front desk staff was lovely. Very friendly. The room was very clean.

Very good room. Location ok if you have a car or if your activities are close to the place. Personnel reduced at minimal. Breakfast to be ordered a la carte, service slow, some ingredients missing, not really happy with this bfast

“Luxurious but food was a let down.”

The reception lady was lovely. The room was very luxurious with a comfy bed and Netflix. We slept well, shame about the food situation.

Bistro food was very good. Enjoyed the little booths in the lobby/dining room. Chatty and welcoming staff in the food services.

Room was super modern and clean, loved the shower and how spacious it was; the shower amenities like the shampoo, conditioner and body wash smelt amazing, really enjoyed the products

The breakfast options offered were fine, but more expensive than we would have expected. We got a bowl of oatmeal, two coffees, and a muffin for $27. The dining area was clean and comfortable.

The hotel has a casual feel, which is comfortable. We LOVED having laundry facilities!!! We had trouble finding a laundromat during our trip and to have access to a laundry was brilliant. We were on foot and found some great food spots and adventures.

Near to train station and supermarket. Large room with microwave and fridge, Sofa, chairs and bed we're comfortable. The room looked like it had recently been decorated. Staff were friendly and helpful.

“Nice room but housekeeping and breakfast disappointing”

The room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. Nice, modern furnishings. Two TVs with Netflix and bluetooth. Parking, though not free, was secure and not overly expensive for the city.

We had car trouble a few days before our trip and had to cancel our stay. As an act of good will I called the hotel to release our room so they could rent it to someone else. I did not expect a return of our payment for the room, but did think a thank-you was in order for my allowing them to profit from my misfortune. Because of the Taylor Swift concert and Blue Jays game, hotel rooms in Seattle were at a premium. The hotel showed no appreciation for my gesture.

Convenient location and sufficient parking spaces. Spacious suite with sofa bed for accommodating 2 adults and 1 kid. Good gym facilities.
