“Comfortable stay, all you may need!”
The hotel was very clean and nice! Very close to the U District metro station (5-10 minutes of walk). I liked lovely wooden furniture and pretty coloured windows glass. Great that there was a sink in the room, very comfortable! Shared bathroom was totally fine, clean and comfy. I loved the Loft (common space with kitchen, sofas, tables). Great idea of free tea, coffee and water - thank you a lot for this. During our stay there was a heatwave so we were very grateful for fans provoked in the roomm and Loft. The Staff was extremely nice and helpful.

“Historic hotel near UW.”
Nearest hotel to University of Washington. Historic hotel. Only drawback is the lack of elevator. However, manager Mike and staff Gerald were very helpful.

Close to UW and student dorm. It's fair choice (low price) to stay here to be with my child who is new student to UW and about to move into her dorm. Street parking is not too hard. 8AM-11AM cost only 0.5dollar per hrs. 11AM-5PM is 3.5 dollar per hour. 5PM-8PM is 1.5dollaor per hour. Easy to pay by app 'paybyphone'. Night/Sun/Holiday are free street parking. Room is ok. Refrigerator is available only on 4th floor hotel's open space.

“Pleasant U-District inn well-situated for families visiting their UW students”
The location is good being in proximity to the UW campus, the U-District businesses, and with many public transportation options. The staff was very friendly and the common area on the top floor was pleasant. The shared bathroom was clean and never busy.

“It was a quaint, relaxing, and the perfect location for what I needed.”
I really enjoyed the location which provided great access to a number of restaurants, bars, and places to relax. Food choices were good and the food places were tasty. The Ambiance of the facility was great, very much in keeping with the German Guesthouses.
