The location is wonderful - close to the ferry, several coffee shops, art galleries. The hotel is delightfully decorated, and is very welcoming. Lots of enjoy visually in the lobby, as well as comfortable lounge area, and a bar and light meal area. Our room had everything we needed; we didn't feel squashed, but still felt we weren't wasting space. Loved all of it!

Location was great, staff were friendly, comfortable bed. Room small but works. We loved it! Technology in the room not something we've experienced before, everything operates off the ipad including, lights, TV, windows blinds, cleaning service, everything. Loved our stay here & would definitely recommend.

Staff were wonderful. From checking in to getting a morning coffee, nothing was too much trouble. Lounge was great for working as I was on a business trip. Good WiFi etc. Location was brilliant. Pioneer Square is a great part of time - architecture is quirky and there's lots of great food spots nearby.

We liked the cleanliness and security. The breakfast was OK, although a bit too expensive. The checking in and out was very straightforward.

The view was incredible! I loved watching the ferries with the mountains in the distance. The breakfast was exceptional and the room was so comfortable. I loved being able to easily control the temperature and lighting. The hotel has a cool vibe and the staff are so welcoming. As a solo traveller, I felt super safe here. I've been telling everyone about this hotel and I'd definitely stay here again!
