The hotel is in a good location, very close to the light rail train, very historic building, good room and friendly staff. Also crossing the street you can already find the ferry station, which I recommend doing a short trip since you'll have a nice view of the city.

“a great stop for anyone catching the clipper to Victoria”
location superb and the staff we amazing. I had a few problems and was helped by Rebekah who was at the front desk. She went far beyond the norm in helping me sort out problems with ferry tickets, computer etc. The breakfast was well ahead of expectations too.

“Ideal hotel for short stay in Seattle, would definitely visit again”
Great location, 2 minutes walk from seafront promenade and variety of bars/restaurants nearby in Pioneer Square district, staff helpful and friendly, complimentary breakfast included with variety of items, hot rolls, cereal, toast, waffles and more,,,,all good

It is in a great location - convenient for the light rail (to the airport) and within walking distance of Pike's Place. Excellent friendly desk staff in the afternoon/evening.

Great location, clean and comfortable accommodation. I felt this was a hotel with history and personality! So many hotels are very bland. It had everything we needed for our stay.

“Practical place to stay downtown”
For exploring downtown it is a great location. The second room we requested was great. The first one was small with a small bed.
