Well I didn't realise that this as the first Ace Hotel so that's cool in and of itself. Given that, you can understand the whole shared bathrooms things but that's fine as I never saw another guest in my time there. Also it's impeccably clean. Once you get your bearings, you'll come to realise it's in a good location for anything you wish to see in downtown Seattle and it's close to the bus as well on 3rd Ave to get buses to the suburbs which I recommend especially Fremont or Ballard.

“Great hotel in even better location!”
Wonderful location, sufficient continental breakfast, absolutely fantastic lady at the reception desk. Nice touches in the room like boxed water or a postcard. Very comfy bed, nice crispy linens and towels, and clean bathrooms. Highly recommend!

“Good location and friendly staff”
Staff were really friendly and welcoming. They sorted an early breakfast for us so we could eat before leaving for the ferry. It’s in a great location, easy to get to all the main sites and close to nice restaurants. The main areas and our room were very clean.

“Great for the price in Seattle”
Really liked Tracy at the front desk . Very clean and great location . 23 stairs to lobby was a bit much but they offered to help with bags . Clean quaint and practical. Parking 3 blocks down convenient but $30 a night -usual for Seattle . Blocks were hill side from parking. Great place for the price and includes breakfast. Shared bathroom but very clean and you have it to yourself when in use
