Excellent friendly staff, very helpful, free collection from airport, offered free drop off and collection on light rail and reasonable charge to deliver us to cruise dock. Food outlets and light rail within walking distance. Microwave and fridge and coffee machine available in room. Overall satisfied, would stay again.

“Terrible experience”
I have to pay 24 dollars for arriving at 1pm. Crazy Then during the night I can't sleep because of people making noise above my room.

“Scam”
A scam. The same person who handled the check-in was also in charge of airport transfers. I arrived from my trip, and when I called to be picked up, they told me it would take 40 minutes. I had to take an Uber (first scam). Then I got to the hotel and had to wait 15 minutes because the person who was supposed to check me in was still doing transfers. I’ve never seen anything like this in my life.

This hotel is located very close to the airport, and specifically the rental car return. That was reason #1 I chose this location. It was a little less expensive than others in the area.

“Worth it”
This hotel is better than its reviews. I had a perfectly nice stay for the price. The room was clean enough, the bed was comfy, and it was very quiet. It’s close to the train station and there is a shuttle that will take you there, but only during the day. Shuttle at night really doesn’t exist.
