I’m not sure if I will be able to recommend this hotel. The hotel itself was clean and their transport services were fine. Unfortunately, we did not receive the refund for the deposit. I am very upset about this because the hotel is not responding to me, and Booking.com has not been able to help.

Front desk was borderline rude, the hotel is pretty rundown, the airport shuttle was unreliable, no decent restaurant nearby. There are better values in the SeaTac area.

Super helpful staff and clean if a little dated facilities. It looks like they are undergoing some big renovations at the moment. The room was of a really great quality with a comfortable bed, new carpets and a quality finish. Breakfast had a good range of options and was cooked perfectly.
