Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities. Lovey outdoor swimming pool and hot tub. Everything was very clean and well maintained gardens.

“DoubleTree is an airport hotel - so far, so good. However, it feels like a scam”
DoubleTree is an airport hotel - so far, so good. However, it feels like a scam: you think you're getting a good price and decent service, but breakfast is not included. My room was next to the parking lot, where buses were running their engines from 6:00 AM, while staff were having loud conversations nearby. After reluctantly paying for the overpriced breakfast, I discovered that their IT systems are so outdated they can barely handle EU credit cards or tap-to-pay functions.

“Great Staff”
We were scheduled to visit for one night, however, due to a medical emergency stayed for 5 nights. The staff could not have been more helpful during this difficult time.

“Very Unsatisfied”
Well checking in, the staff was impatient, at first telling me I had no reservation, after showing them my reservation (noticeably limping due to broken toes) they checked me in to what seems to be the farthest room possible. Tonight I went to have some dinner at the restaurant, very over stimulating as there was very loud table, to which seems they had to much to drink. I asked for a to go box as I was very overwhelmed, the lady (waitress) left and never got me a to go box, 10 mins later finally another waitress came by & I asked her for a to go box, she brought me a small take out Container that was to small for my food, I squished it all in. Than when paying she was rude as I could not tip on the card, so i went back to get a cash tip, she walked away after rolling her eyes at me. The noisy neighbors were a added bonus, loud voices, banging on the wall all night my 2nd night! Customer service is lacking at this hotel. Rude & short is not welcoming. As a business owner I feel that striving to have excellent customer service is a must. I can't say I will return to this location in the future.
