I loved everything. Pat is an amazing host. The place exceeded my expectations enormously and if I could rate higher I would. You really have to experience Broadway Manor.

“We would definitely go again and recommend this beautiful home to all visiting the Laurel Highlands.”
The breakfasts were amazing and plentiful. (Eggs benedict, bread pudding with pecans, syrup and homemade whipped cream, and cheese and bacon quiche). Each was served with fresh fruit, yogurt, fresh baked cinnamon buns, other pastries, juice and Starbuck's coffee. Nothing was overlooked and served in special dishes with an eye for detail. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Inn is gorgeous inside and out. We had a fireside glass of prosecco and a dip in the hot tub. The rooms are decorated beautifully as are all of the outdoor spaces with a tree-limb suspended porch swing next to a gurgling spring, and porches all around with two additional gliders. We were offered the option to eat inside or out at the fall decorated terrace. The property has multiple buildings with beautiful rooms and fascinating contents.

“Go live in the history”
An amazing place- just like being in a movie from the beginning of the 19th hundreds. So much history and Pat the owner is such a great story teller and nice person. Also a wonderful breakfast included.

“What a start to our US vacation. This place would be an absolute bargain at twice the price.”
So unusual - eclectic brilliance - lovingly selected by the fascinating owner. The interior decoration was more impressive than Fallingwater.

“B&B and museum for the price of one!”
Amazing place! The atmosphere is great, the 19th century furnishings provide amazing vibe. The practical side is good - beds are comfortable, bathroom is clean, wi-fi works well. In addition, we got a tour of the house, a history overview, an excellent breakfast, and a free room upgrade. The hostess, Pat, is amazing and told us a lot. Free cookies in the kitchen were a very nice bonus, and the selection of teas, coffee, and hot chocolate was simply overwhelming. Thank you, Pat! We'll come back for sure.

Clean and beautifully decorated! The perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The staff was attentive and friendly. The owner was so nice and gave us the history of the house and all that had been done to bring it back to its original glory. We will stay again and recommend staying there to all!!!

What a place... I think it shouldn't even be classified simply as a BnB, it's so much more. Our room was breathtaking, it's like sleeping in a museum - a clean and comfy one. Unfortunately I didn't have a chance to spend too much time there, but I can imagine how perfect it would be to spend a few days in it. Time didn't allowed me to try the breakfast, but judging from the room and the table setting I'm sure it would have been great. (But still: coffee and take-away fruits were available for early birds, that's a nice touch).

“Lose the technology and go back in time for a night or two.”
We stopped in the main house which was Amazing- it greeted you like a mansion from a movie! Inside was equally wonderful like entering an Aladin's cave of delights. So,do take time to look at the internal 'everything's'. Furthermore, the owner has local knowledge and was happy to share. Think of this like an adventure into curiosity of time and memories and imagine who or what touched it, in the past. A good fun stop on a road trip North.

“Exceptional, outstanding, we will return.”
The breakfast was exceptional. The rooms were out of this world. The whole house is a veritable museum with so much class. The host, Pat, is a remarkable woman with some great accounts of her very interesting life. She is also a mine of information regarding where to go, where to eat, how best to get there, etc. This place is vastly underrated and should be marketed better. If you do not stay here when in the area then you have missed out. There is a family photograph with six people on it - take it in, absorb it and go back in time, their rooms are as they were, their beds are your beds, get to know Pat and allow her to narrate, tour the place and its hidden treasures and enjoy the openness that is on offer. This place is for the intrepid traveller with adventure in their souls, it is for the family who care about what their children are exposed to, it is for the romantics among us and for those with their own story to tell, it is for the historian, the geographer, the industrialist and the dreamer.

“Beautiful, private owned hotel”
This is an incredible BnB. The house is even more beautiful than the photos suggest, and the breakfast Pat is preparing for her guests every morning is fantastic. We were delighted by the attention to detail you can find in every corner of the house. We definitely recommend staying there for at least two nights.

“I wish I could have stayed longer. Pretty perfect.”
Pat was a very lovely host, so helpful and she is a very interesting lady. Also the young gentleman who helped for breakfast was also lovely. The breakfast we had was particularly special and carefully considered. I loved it and looked forward to it. The mansion house is beautiful, spacious, very clean and uniquely stylised. It felt so much like a home. We were in the top floor and had it to ourselves. Pats garden is full of flowers and birds and we sat out in the evening. I also sat out front on the porch in the morning watching the world go by. There are long views up the hill. The location was great. We visited Falling water house, walked a little in the Laurel highlands hiking trail and went white water rafting in Ohiopyle and ate pizza. I wish we had planned to stay here longer. I would most definitely return and highly recommend staying here with with Pat

“Very enjoyable stay..would stay again.”
We stayed in Coachmen’s quarters carriage house. The accommodation was superbly renovated (and clean), quiet, with a rustic modern vibe. The nice touches included a full size coffeemaker (with coffee included), welcoming snacks and a well appointed kitchen. Breakfast was good. Pat is very knowledgeable and passionate about the Manor and the history of the area.
