The Hotel Novecento is an intimate boutique hotel, set in the heart of Scicli. It is housed in a restored ancient building from the early 20th century. This small hotel features elegant guest rooms which mix a modern design with authentic period features including fresco paintings and stone walls. They feature original works of art by the Scicli Group, a popular local school of contemporary sculpture and painting. Start your day with a rich buffet breakfast in the café, where you can sample some traditional Sicilian cuisine each evening. There are just 7 guest rooms at the Hotel Novecento so you can expect a personalised service and a real taste of Sicilian hospitality. Scicli is a charming Baroque town in the Val di Noto area, close to Ragusa.

Staff was very welcoming and extremely helpful. They gave us great directions on how to get around. Their restaurant suggestions were excellent- (they made the reservations for us). A particular thank you to Luigi who made our stay very enjoyable ! We will definitely be back :)))

“lovely stay in Scicli”
the location, our beautiful deluxe room with the fresco ceiling, but best of all the staff who go way above and beyond in service. we had an email cancelling our flight at 2am from EasyJet (won’t be flying with them again,). but we needed to get a taxi organised at 7.30 am so we could change to their early flight, the only option. the night porter was excellent and he contacted the Manager waking him up in the middle of the night and between them these miracle workers found us a taxi. on the Sunday we wanted to go to the beach, but no transport available, but they managed to find us someone to take us. they are amazing.

Perfect location right in the middle of town as the name suggests. Room was comfortable but a little dated. The photos of the room, bathroom and view, used on the website, left a better story than the actual. Still enjoyed my stay and the staff were fantastic.

Free parking nearby, central location is wonderful, staff were lovely and very helpful, ripe fruit at breakfast (the homemade/local items were generally very good), quiet room facing the courtyard, ac is powerful, not too far a drive from beautiful beaches

This hotel is perfectly located to walk to all the sights in the old town. Staff at checkin were very helpful regarding parking as well as restaurant recommendations and providing information about the town. They also gave us a room upgrade which was very much appreciated.

The hotel is in the middle of the centre with restaurants, cafeterias,grocery just few metres away. The rooms are more than an enough for a family with two kids. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices. Last but not the least a big thanks to Fabbrizio, the person in charge during our stay who is very gentle, polite, welcoming and he joked and played with our kids. He also advised us a good pizzzeria which at the end it concluded to be the best pizza we ever had! Thanks Fabbrizio.
