“Amazing hosts and the perfect stay at Barokhouse”

We have had a great experience at Barokhouse: modern, very well equipped and extremely clean room, a beautiful garden, free parking, close to Scicli, Modica and Ragusa, and above all, the most amazing hosts, Laura and Carmelo. The breakfast was delicious with local products, fresh fruits, croissants, homemade cakes etc. Their attention to details is remarkable, everything was perfect. Grazie mille, Laura and Carmelo!

Spacious room with own terrace, big green territory (I imagine it would be nice for small children), hosts are nice and friendly. Room itself was spotless clean, well-maintained. Tap water is drinkable and it has small kitchenette which is really handy. Location is good 10-15 minutes drive to the city and beaches. Wi-Fi connection is good too

Very well located in a peaceful area on the outskirts of Scicli. Owners are very pleasant, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was top notch.

Carmelo and Laura took great care of the place. They are so thorough that they make our stay comfortable and relaxing. I slept exceptionally well in their facility and finally can relax despite the hot weather outdoors. Some highlight: - Attention to detail: We were welcomed with coffee/ juice, and both Carmelo and Laura already made our room cool down to a comfortable 23 degrees (despite 35 degrees outside). The apartment is spotlessly clean, and the local Modica chocolate is such a great touch. Everything is sourced locally. The outdoor space under the tree is super comfortable, and there are fewer mosquitos than the rest of the neighborhood. We were able to do some Apero and afternoon reading in the outdoor space despite the hot weather. - Drinkable Tap Water: We come from Switzerland and appreciate the clean water from this place so much. FINALLY, we could stop buying bottled water during our stay there. - Breakfast: Delicious! The warm croissants in the morning was the best during our three-week trip to Sicily. The savory local salami and speck are also extremely tasty. Also, the breakfast room is set to a comfortable 23 degrees on a hot summer day. - Host: Even though we do not understand much Italian, the host was able to use simple English and get all communication done. We were introduced to their lovely puppy, Pepe.

“Amazing accommodation with great host”

Amazing accommodation, very spacious, super clean, well equipped with good quality appliances and kitchenware. Huge garden outside the two houses. Friendly and helpful host who also provides very good breakfast. Private and secured parking space, perfect option for guests with cars, it’s only 5min drive to town center.

Nothing but words of praise; the location, facilities, cleanliness. We loved every minute and will surely visit again.

Hosts made sure that we feel at home :) The property is modern and very well kept. Rooms are spacious and always clean. Environment is very relaxing and the view is superb. Breakfast was amazing - high quality, fresh homemade products. Location was perfect for access to the city and exploring the area. It was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The hosts were welcoming. Accommodations had everything you could ask for - kitchenette , coffee maker and amazing shower.

The highlight was undoubtedly the delicious breakfast, with tasty croissants and a delightful array of sweets. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to Scicli, Modica, and Ragusa. The well-maintained garden added to the charm, and the hosts were exceptionally welcoming and friendly.

A lovely luxurious place with a beautiful garden. Newly build accomodation. Very Nice interior. Great Bathroom. Great, pleasant, peacefull atmosphere comming from heartly people servising the accomodation. You will see, when you come, friendly / family atmosphere with caring people around you. My whole family love the place. We travelled through Sicily and we decided to return to this wonderful place to spend several more days here. Family Decision :) AND, WHAT YOU WILL DEFINITELY ENJOY! IS THE BREAKFAST!!! LOCAL CHEESE, HAM, EGGS. YOU MUST SEE AND TASTE THE HOME MADE PREPARED CAKES, DESERTS, PIES. YOU WILL FELL LIKE IN A famous Sweet shop. I love, when the freshly Made croissane and Coffee was waiting for me in the morning. Go, see, taste, enjoy and relax the lovely and peacefull place.
