“Everything was ok, except for one, room was a bit small.”

Location was fabulous. We could see both castles from the balcony of our room. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast had a great selection of fresh, tasty foods. Our room was spacious with a nice sized bathroom that included a bath and heated rail.

What a great experience from start to finish. The welcome was friendly, the room was spacious, clean, comfortable and heated. The complimentary coffee & cake was brilliant. We stayed here to visit the castle which was an easy 30 minute walk. We also walked into Füssen for dinner, which was a beautiful walk in the snow. We would definitely recommend the Landhotel Guglhupf.

Very friendly country inn with the most amazing breakfast and cakes thrown in for good measure in the afternoon. We walked all the way to the castles from there. Also Füssen is a manageable walk away, car would probably be better. You receive free bus tickets for the area, but the busses during our stay were full and did not let us on. We didn't mind the walks.

The property is gorgeous, Rural with view of castle but on a main bus route. Hotel sent us passes that gave us free buss travel by email before we arrived so could use them. Staff were so very friendly and lovely. Complementary tea, coffee and cake laid out each day. Honesty bar. Perfect location for visiting Neuschwanstein castle and Kristall therme spa. Great local info in room. Room clean, nicely furnished with a lovely sofa and terrace.

I loved everything. Great location, available parking space, great breakfast and lovely staff. The room was comfortable and had a nice view. We could even see the Neuschwanstein castle from the backyward. The location was amazing and with easy access to Füssen. A free bus ticket was also available. There was also free coffee and a delicious cake.

Friendly helpful family/ staff. Great breakfast with good variety of food. Able to take food from breakfast for lunch at minimal charge (which they waived for us). Nice walk on footpaths across fields to car park of Neuschwanstein - took about half an hour. Worth doing if you can, to avoid the 12 euro parking there. Otherwise it's only a five minute drive. Had room with balcony and great view of both castles. Shared fridge on landing with individual space for storage, and kettle in room. Spacious free parking at hotel. Free coffee and cake in the afternoon.

The location is wonderful! You can easily see both castles from the window if chosen the back side of the house as we did. The staff is also good, i enjoyed the customer service. The breakfast was also okay.

a great place to start excursions, especially for those who like to walk long distances. You can travel by bus, there is a bus stop nearby.

The location was central, and a few minutes walk to other villages and Fussen. Enjoyable walks and parks nearby. Breakfast was good with a nice selection. Staff were helpful and spoke good English. The room was very spacious with a balcony and view of the castles. Although there was not a refrigerator in the room, a communal one was available just outside the room, so that did not affect us. Highly recommended

“great location and comfy hotel”

We had a lovely balcony and could just see the castle. Good location to catch the bus for the castle - bus is free with a pass from the hotel. They leave out cake and coffee in the afternoon for guests - amazing. Breakfast was good - a good choice. Room was a good size with a sofa, we had a bath with a shower over. Staff were extremely helpful.
