I stopped in this hotel one night with my dog. Really nice hotel, cozy with big room and bathroom and they also left in the room some stuff for my dog. the staff super kind. I also had dinner at the restaurant and the food was good 🙂

“Lovely hotel in a beautiful town.”
The hotel is situated in a lovely old building but the rooms are modern and comfortable. There is a lovely restaurant attached to the hotel and it also has a delightful beer garden which allowed me to enjoy a nice, locally brewed beer whilst enjoying the evening sun. Breakfast was a delicious German style feast with fresh rolls, meats, jams, coffee and orange juice. Other options were available. Schwalmstadt is a beautiful, small town and I am very happy I chose to stay here.

Good, friendly welcome from all the staff, who clearly wanted you to feel at home. The good sized ropms were very comfortable and the bathrooms huge.

“A basic no-frill stay that could have been better”
Close to good restaurants in small town. Nice timber furniture and comfortable bed. Large modern bathroom. Friendly helpful staff. Good value.

“Lovely location in a picturesque little town.”
Shame the restaurant was closed for dinner the night we stayed. Breakfast was as expected. Staff were very good. Room was lovely, spacious and with all the facilities one could expect.
