“Wonderful team, spacious room, and excellent location!”

The team running the hotel is great. Each member (e.g., at the reception, the dinning room, etc) takes good care of the visitors. The breakfast is quite good and the room was big with superb views. The location is well connected with bus stop and had enough free parking slots.

The owners, Sonia & Chris, and all the staff were very warm and friendly. They really made us feel at home. The room was clean and cosy. Breakfast was very good. We also had dinner there on all 4 nights of our stay. Every dinner was delicious, especially the soups & the desserts.

Very comfortable room, Good beds, nice bathroom, lovely terrace, the breakfast is amazing (really), the staff is super-friendly, the dinner they make for hotelguests (only if you want) is really delicious! They have a nice gardin for guests if the wheather is sunny/dry

“Beautiful and peaceful”

Recommend this place. Lovely friendly staff. Beautiful view from the balcony, wonderful to sit on it and look out over all the mountains, nice and quiet area and such a good place to relax and take it all in. Lots of room to park cars. The bedroom was large and beds very comfortable. Bathroom was large, good working shower, a lovely clean and smart space (although the door is glass so there is no privacy). Lots of wardrobe space. A bar area outside downstairs to sit and have a drink or eat (the menu looked wonderful but sadly we didn't have time to try it). Breakfast was tasty and lots of choice. Recommend you need a car for this place, there are buses but they don't run late into the evening.

It was such a nice place to stay. The beds were so comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful (family run business). This is well located.

The single room was plenty spacious and I found the price quite reasonable for the region. It's really calm here and nice place to just be and enjoy the nature. Being in between Berchtesgaden and Königsee I found the location perfect. Great breakfast with many sweet and savory options, plus eggs in your favotite style. You can also opt for a 3-course dinner here if you don't feel like leaving anymore in the evening, which was also delicious. As a cyclist the little hill at the end of each trip was a tough bit, but the views from the room toward the mountains were well worth the climb.

“A pleasant place to stay for a few days or a few weeks!”

There are endless hiking options within 10-20 minutes driving from the hotel. The hotel is very quiet, with no traffic noise at night. The sauna is fantastic, the room was spotless, the breakfast was perfect, the hospitality of the staff was welcoming. We also ate dinner each evening at the hotel; every night was different and delicious.

Wonderful place to stay. The staff was very friendly and were so kind and patient with my kids. Beautiful inside interior and exterior. The breakfast was amazing and although we did not have dinner there, it always smelled amazing. There were different games and activities for the kids to play with during breakfast or in the common area. Shower had great pressure and temperature control. It was great to have a small refrigerator inside our room. Location to everything was great. Would highly recommend anyone stay here. When we come back to the area, will definitely stay here again!

Renewed recently, modern Bavarian, spotless clean, wonderful small sauna (3P lying max) and amazing morning view erupting from the morning fog. Nice breakfast buffet, including fresh vegetables and eggs made on the spot. Generous with coffee for late bloomers ☕
