Great neighbourhood, new room, comfy bed, great view to the mountains, perfect breakfast, sauna with everything needed. Nice host.

The service was great, we were well introduced about the surroundings at the reception, which is very helpful. The room is clean, and we can get a good view from the balcony. And there is even a small fitness room downstairs, it is convenient to do some stretching activities there after hiking. The breakfast provides different kinds of food 👍🏻

Wonderful friendly staff who are really trying to help you enjoy your vacation. The location and views are excellent. Very tasty breakfast.

“Comfortable and peaceful.”

Everything was so so great, the bed really comfortable, the view from our balcony was amazing, and the breakfast was one of the best we’ve had at a bed and breakfast. Kristof was exceptionally helpful with everything, giving us tips on where to go and being super friendly. The free bus travel that came with the Guest Card was a perk we were not expecting, so we made use of it quite a bit. The area is absolutely amazing and the location for the property was in such a great spot, very easy to get to from Salzburg. Couldn’t recommend this place enough, we had the best time here.

The Staff, and Warm Environment.

The facilities were very clean, furnishings were modern, breakfast was good, and the location was great. There were restaurants nearby and Königssee was a 5 minute drive away. The owner was also very friendly and forthcoming.

We arrived at the hotel and were welcomed by a charming host, who guided us around the facilities always with a smile on his face 😄 The room is big with built-in bathroom and minibar with local beers 🍻 The bed is super comfy so we had a good night sleep after a long day hiking. We also enjoyed the sauna and generous breakfast. Well, we have nothing to complain 😁

The hosts were very welcoming, flexible and friendly. Although I was travelling on business on a tight schedule everything was adjusted to my needs.

A charming place to stay near Königssee Lake! The location is perfect for starting hikes, and the hotel owners were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The added bonus of having sauna facilities made it even better—such a great way to relax after a long day of exploring. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

“Really decent apartment & breakfast”

Of the four places we stayed over our two week holiday this was the best place. It had everything: kitchen, lounge, bedroom with space around both sides of the bed, comfortable bed, an en-suite bathroom and a veranda with good views. Downstairs we had good breakfasts each day. So all good. Bonus was a genuine manager who knew the local area.

Kristoff and his wife, the hosts, did an amazing job at making us feel welcome: shared tons of great recommendations, were very attentive and friendly! The location was great to start hikes in the areas and also just a short drive away from many close by towns and more hike opportunities. Also away from the very touristic parts. Tasty breakfast buffet and exceptional service. We were lucky to get the booking very last minute and would come back anytime!

The room is very clean and comfortable. The location is very close to Lake Königssee. It takes about 20 minutes to walk and is just a bus stop away. Breakfast is great. The owner is very warm and hospitable. Highly recommended.

Beautiful little hotel in an wonderful area of Berchtesgaden. Perfect location to explore Königsee and Berchtesgaden National Park, clean and cozy rooms, delicious breakfast and very helpful and kind staff.

Location and services.

Located in the peaceful and beautiful Schönau, this is the perfect place to stay if you want to visit the lake and surroundings. The staff is super nice and helpful, the room was very clean, breakfast was good too. Kristof and his wife are doing a great job to make everything flawless, keep it up!

Beautifull place, nice room and bathroom - everything looked like it was just renovated. Good location for exploring the Königssee area. Very helpfull host couple, they made us feel welcome.
