The people are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our times in the lounge area, which is very cozy. Our rooms were clean and pretty, plus the beds were comfortable. This cabin is located in a beautiful area, pretty close to ski resorts, biking trails and gorgeous scenery.

“Welcoming cosy family hotel. Perfect for walking and enjoying the Sauerland”
The location and the ambience. We had stayed there many years before when other people owned it. Silke and Peter went out of their way to make us welcome and cooked us a delicious dinner as well as preparing us a fantastic breakfast.

Very pleasant hosts. Rooms were lovely and food was home made and exceptional. Town was quiet and close to slopes, but also just a short drive from Winterberg. Hosts also made sure that our wet clothes were taken care of and completely dry the next day.

“Delightful, I plan to return to this area again soon and will be returning to this hotel.”
The central location was most convenient, the village delightful and the hotel had plenty of character and charm. I arrived after a long journey and could not have been made more welcome., by the Proprietor of the hotel. (A nice touch) Check in was a breeze, as was my breakfast order.

TOP CLASS hospitality ! Super kind, helpful and friendly owners. Rooms were clean, the breakfast buffet was good and the evening meals were great. The hotel had a very warm and good atmosphere. Highly recommended.
