The hosts were very welcoming and kind, almost treated us like family. The room was warm, very clean and spacious. Breakfast was prepared by the host with love and care and our child even received a birthday treat (and the host sang :)).

The host’s communication was excellent, and everything was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We especially loved the thoughtful breakfast. Easy access from the main road, convenient parking, a well equipped kitchen and even a fridge stocked with affordable drinks! We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

“A place to come back!”
The view was marvelous, appartement was well equiped, nice to have a bathroom per sleeping room. Nice walks were possible from the appartement, no need to take a car first. In case you need it: all the appartement is at ground level, so also accessible for elderly persons.

“Fantastic host at great value for money”
The host was exceptionally friendly and took care of us so well. She made us a delicious breakfast that she tailored it to our needs where possible. The rooms were much larger than what you'd usually get for a room in this price category. The state of the room was also very good, with the bathroom looking like it was recently renovated.

Fabulous breakfast served in a cozy and warm atmosphere with a mountain view. It is a great location for mtb as it is in close proximity of 3 bike parks (Winterberg, Green Hill, Willingen) 🤘

“Cozy place in Schmallenberg”
The best thing was the kindness and attention of the owner. She was always ready to help and very sweet. The place is beautiful, clean and nice. The breakfast was amazing and the view from our apartment was very beautiful.

“Perfect quiet vacations at the mountain with amazing views”
We only stayed for 3 nights, unfortunately. Everything was perfect, the room size and cleanliness, the environment, breakfast was amazing, Frau Schnurbus is the most gentle person. I have a master degree in hospitality and management and I can say she is the real deal. A person that loves what she does and this shows in every of her actions. It was my partner's birthday and she presented him with a chocolate box as a surprise, very touching! We will definitely come back next year!
