“Really relaxing. A perfect place to get away from the city.”
Very quiet and peaceful area. Very secluded, so a car is neccessary, but it is a lovely area with a great view of the surrounding mountains. Breakfast was good, not a massive selection, but more than enough to give a good start to the the day. Lot's of hiking trails nearby, some are very easily accesible from the hotel. Nearest town is 10 mins away by car (Winterberg) and has anything you might need including skiing and other winter activities.

“Exceptional short break in the beautiful Sauerland.”
Superbly located for walking and cycling. Spacious rooms. Restaurant food and breakfast were really good quality and the price a real bargain. Good wine and beer too.
