“Value for the money”

“Overnight stay while on the road”
Great hotel, friendly English speaking staff, close to the autobahn, easy to find and very affordable. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were nice and clean. Close to the airport but we didn’t hear any airplanes, nice and quiet.

First of all, the reception staff does not speak English, I called politely to ask if it is possible to check in after 11 pm, the lady asked me surprised "German" with an arrogant air, I politely answered no and the girl hung up the phone. I sent an email to the hotel with the same question, booking the same, private message everything possible and no one answered, in the end we got there, the door was closed, good thing some ladies opened the door for us to check in personally. What can I say, we got an old hotel room, devilishly comfortable, the hotel is full of immigrants who stay to drink in the evening and make a lot of noise, and in the morning they also slam the doors, scream. And besides that, after they could not answer my message, I received a message from the hotel, normally in German "you have 30 minutes until check-out". But my question could not be answered. I am disappointed with the hotel's behavior.
