House extremely comfortable and excellently designed for hot days, Beautiful garden with multiple places to sit. Close to the beach and supervised by 6 guard cats. Extra points for quietness especially at night. Proximity of 2 restaurants. The host is most welcoming and sweet.

Good quality, aethetically pleasing, “greek island” ambiance, good layout, comfortable, close to free and organised beaches, close to the ferry to Evia island, close to Nea Makri town, close to shops.
