Request for Refund – Accommodation Does Not Match Description Hello, We are leaving the property and requesting a full refund because the accommodation does not match the description in the listing. Here are the issues we encountered: • Only one thin sheet was provided instead of two proper blankets. • There was no additional bedding set for the sofa in the living room. • Wi-Fi password was not provided anywhere. • There is no working desk, even though it was mentioned in the listing. • The listing stated there are mosquito nets, but there are none; instead, we are dealing with mosquitoes inside the apartment. • We also found mosquito larvae in the bathroom water, which is unacceptable. • Additional towels were not provided as expected. • The shutters do not close. • There is no wardrobe or closet, although it was clearly listed. • Many photos in the listing do not match the actual apartment. This is a serious misrepresentation and a hygiene issue. We cannot stay under these conditions and expect a full refund as soon as possible. Please confirm the next steps for the refund process. Everything - was not expecting the private spa and sauna in the apartment. Had thought it was going to be one shared in the complex that you had to book
