Overview
The family-friendly Gasthaus Krone enjoys a quiet location right at the bus stop in Schellenberg. It features its own swimming pool, which is directly accessible from the rooms. All double and almost all single rooms have a balcony. Free WiFi is available in the entire hotel. “Excellent find”
Very clean and well kept hotel. Quiet and comfortable rooms. I had the single bedroom which was modest but nice. My friends had the bigger room with balcony. They couldn't have been happier describing it as honeymoon suite. Host was freindly and gave us good info. Even left us alone in the dining area while she went away... Provided glasses for our store bought wine and bowl for our sncks. We turned all lights off. Very hospitable. Breakfast was modest but good. Across the road, walk to field to view the mountain scenery. Walk 10min to the castle for even more views. Fantastic. Can't really mention anything about location in Liechtenstein as all is close especially with a car.

“Mountainside town retreat”
The property was set up in a mountainside town with lovely surrounding views. As we drove up to the place the sound of cows with bells lulled us in the background. The owners were very nice and accommodating. We stayed in a room with a porch off the bedroom. It was a very clean basic room. We were also very pleased that there was a heated inside pool available to use until 21:00. It was a very pleasant stay here. Dinner and Breakfast in the morning were very nice and the atomosphere was traditional. The restaurant attracted a good few locals so you know the place is good.. It was a lovely little quiet town and the people were all so pleasant. We were very happy to stay here and would highly recommend this place. Liechtenstein is such a small country and it was a treat to be able to stay here!

“An amazing B & B in beautiful Liechtenstein.”
The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We were given bus passes and directions for utilizing the fabulous public transportation just steps from the Bed & Breakfast. Breakfast was very good. We found an amazing hike nearby as well.

The location is very beautiful, the hotel amenities are excellent, and there is even a pool. The breakfast is superb. Mountain view, beautiful panorama. Special thanks to the owner for the hospitality and the breakfast.

“Enjoyable with a very 'local' (non-touristy) feel.”
Very friendly host / owner - and i liked the fact that this hotel has been in operation for over 140 years. The room was large and comfortable, with a balcony. But the absolute stay of the property for me was the 12m swimming pool - and I took the opportunity after a long, hot journey to get some lengths in. I walked up to and ate at one of the local recommended places - Wirtshaft zum Loewen - which was excellent with a beautiful view from the outside terrace. Lots of locals were eating there, which says something for the quality of the food too (which was excellent). I also took the opportunity to visit the ruins of a local castle Neu-Schellenberg on the walk home - free entry, amazing views of the valley

A very clean & well appointed room, had an upgrade for some reason & I was grateful for the extra space. Stunning view. Very friendly and helpful staff & lovely food as well. Many thanks to all staff there. Would recommend.
