“La Beccanina is what you wish when you are in Tuscany”
The location is amazing, an old Tuscany villa with a garden and a swimming pool which is very cozy. Is surrounded by Olive trees and near anything you may need. Scarlino is a fascinating medieval town, worth to visit. Pet friendly. Apartment are gorgeous and perfectly refurbished

“Good value for money”
Good value for money. We had aprtment with 2 bedrooms and were happy that there was 2 bathrooms in it. Kitchen has basic minimun equipment; couple of pots, cutting board, knoves, dishes, mokka pan, gas stove. Everything went smoothly. Pool area quite nice, lot of space to locate sun beds were u like.

“Not recommended! place left only for money, no added value of doing this job!”
the place seems nice on photos so expectation is high, however when you arrive on the location, I am so much disappointed on following: -location is in the middle of nowhere -residences are left without real management, only contact by whatsapp (if they reply on time) -no service possible and this is shared only after booking -bugs are around the apartment (not because of natural place but because is not maintained well) -no real air conditining, just a machine with a lot of noise and it was not working also for 2 days in our stay of 6 days -city tax payment is asked by whatsapp to share my credit card info (which is not legal to share my private info)
