The only issue was the mosquitoes, as there were quite a lot of them. However, one of the staff members approached us in a very professional manner and offered us an excellent solution, for which we are very grateful. We were extremely satisfied with the way he handled the situation. I honestly wish there were more employees like him—people who understand that guests come on vacation to relax and enjoy their stay. As soon as we spoke with him about the mosquito problem, he immediately came up with a fantastic offer for us. Overall, the place is wonderful, and we had a great experience. The only downside is the mosquitoes. Apart from that, everything was excellent and we have no complaints.

The various homes were very comfy for their sizes. The limited space was all put to good use. The patio is awesome and it increases the living space significantly. I recommend bringing electric grill. Good access to the beach, which is ideal for families with small children. Dogs are allowed there too. The swimming pool was very nice. The shop in the village is great due to the remoteness of the village.

Barricata holiday village is perfect destination for a family holidays. Day and evening/night events appropriate for the whole family are organized daily, but you can choose if you will attend them or not. You can explore surrounding area by boat (boat-trips are organized), bike or on foot. Perfect for relaxed and active holidays! Also, the staff is very friendly.
