“Remote farm with great hospitality”
Felt like a real farm with cows in the parking area. They made their own cheese and definitely didn’t speak English. Fabulous walking

Le Preta is an Agricotourismo - a working farm with a restaurant along with cows, goats, cats and other assorted animals. Chiara, the hostess, looks after guests in between making cheeses and salami, available for sale. The room was equipped with a set of bunk beds for family use and a large verandah with chairs offers views of the farm and sourrounding hills and grazing cattle. Everything about Le Oreta is high quality, from linens to bathroom - all well put together. Breakfast included a variety of home-baked goods from the Le Preta kitchen; juice, coffee and local cheeses. The farm is a short drive from Scanno, and offers a wonderful quiet and tranquility. A great find and exceptional value for visitors.
